- A flexible measuring tape, or a piece of non-stretchy string and a ruler.
- A mirror (optional).
- A friend or family member to help (optional).
Step 1: Prepare for Measuring
Stand or sit upright in a comfortable position. Relax your shoulders and keep your head in a natural position.
Decide where you would like your choker to sit. Chokers are usually worn high on the neck, but you can also choose a lower, more relaxed fit.
Step 2: Measure Your Neck
Using a Measuring Tape
- Wrap the measuring tape around your neck at the position where you would normally wear your choker.
- Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it too tightly.
- Make sure the tape sits evenly around your neck.

Using a String and Ruler
